Nuwbii is a discovery directory for new and newly opened local businesses. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Listings

You may only list a business you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your start date, address, offers, and photos. Nuwbii may unpublish a listing that is misleading, not actually new, or that we cannot contact.

Verified New

The Verified New badge is a time-limited ranking signal based on the start date you provide, not a government certification. See how we verify new businesses.

Photos and content

You grant Nuwbii a license to display listing photos and copy on the site and in share cards. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use. Launch-visual shoots booked through Nuwbii are fulfilled by independent photographers, not Nuwbii employees.

Use of the directory

Do not scrape the directory, post spam offers, or use Nuwbii to harass owners or visitors. Check-ins should reflect a real visit.

Liability

Listings are provided by owners. Offers, hours, and directions can change. Nuwbii is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost business, travel, or disputes between owners, visitors, and photographers.
